Planning and Zoning Information

The City of Douglass adopted planning and zoning guidelines in 1979 and have revised and revamped those over the years as necessary.  A Planning and Zoning Board oversees the regulations and the day-to-day implementation of these regulations is handled by staff.  We are updating our permit process. Please call City Hall for fee processes and information. To fill out a zoning permit please fill out the following form:
