Planning and Zoning Information

The City of Douglass adopted planning and zoning guidelines in 1979 and have revised and revamped those over the years as necessary. A Planning and Zoning Board oversees the regulations and the day-to-day implementation of these regulations is handled by staff. The City also contracts with a professional zoning consultant to ensure that there are no compliance issues from a legal standpoint.
